Soft Reset, by pressing: *#7780# on the current Handphone / mobile life
Hard Reset, by pressing: *#7370# as well as HP is alive
Whwn pressing the *#7780# or *#7370# then we will be asked to enter the Nokia Mobile Format Code. The default code ( if not changed ) is 12345. Only way to change the format on the HP back to its original settings (reset HP), this does not remove the applications and data in the memory of HP.
If the damage is severe enough as hang, or because you want to reproduce the free memory on the HP, then we have to reformat to erase the memory of HP and HP restored to its original setting. The trick is:
The preparation stage
Make sure that the HP is still a lot that does not fail when HP occurred format
Turn of the HP
Unplug the external memory erased so as not to participate
